The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our website, Facebook page and e-mail. The products are aimed exclusively at consumers.

The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English.
We save the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions by email. For security reasons, the text of the contract is no longer accessible over the Internet.
4. Terms of delivery :
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs are added.

All shipments are made exclusively with Deutsche Post as registered mail, parcels only with DHL.
Personal collection is not offered.
If you order the Direct-Cut-Vinyl : they will be sent out from Austria, not from Germany. Different postage costs apply for this.
5. Payment :
The following payment methods are available to you :

The amount to be paid (purchase price + shipping costs) is to be paid exclusively via PayPal.
In the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us.
ATTENTION : Please pay only to “Family And Friends”!
If you choose payment for “Goods And Services”, you have to add 2,49% of the hight of the price of your order inclusive postage + 0,35 €.

6. Retention of title :
The goods remain our property until full payment.
Goods whose cellophane wrapping / hologram-sticker has been torn open cannot be exchanged!
If you like to order signed copies, you accept that we must open the cellophane wrapping / hologram-sticker of the CD/MC in your instruction.

Direct-Cut-Vinyl :
For the 7", 10” or 12" vinyl made for you after you orde, there are some special features that you as a customer have to consider.
According to the specific wording of § 312 g Paragraph 2 No. 1 BGB, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which is clearly based on the personal needs of the consumer are tailored.

We are always fully liable for claims due to damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
in the event of injury to life, body or health,

The deliverer only hands over the goods after the age check and only to the customer personally.
